中西医结合治疗脑出血偏瘫临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Hemiplegia by Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in cerebral hemorrhage with hemiplegia patients rehabilitation application Yiqi Fujian decoction and conventional Western medicine therapy.Methods:194 cerebral hemorrhagc paticnts with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given routine Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yiqi Fujian decoction based on the control group,composition:Huangqi(Astragalus) 150 g,Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Wallichii) 25 g,Danshen (Salvia) 25 g,Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) 15 g,Duzhong (Eucommia) 15 g,Chishao (Red Peony Root) 15 g,Taoren(Peach Kernel) 15 g,Niuxi(Radix Cyathulae) 15 g,Honghua(Safflower) 10 g,Dannanxing(Bile Arisaema) 10 g,Shuizhi (Leech) 10 g,Dilong (Earthworm) 10 g,Wugong (Centipede) 2 pieces,Tongcao (Tetrapanax Papyriferus) 3 g,Guizhi (Cassia Twig) 6 g,Zhigancao (Honey-fried Licorice Root)6 g.The two groups were treated for 1 months.Observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups,patients with muscle strength changes,and Fugl Meyer score of the injured limb,modified Bar thel index score and elderly mobility scale score of patients before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of study group was 96.91％ higher than that of control group 86.60％ (x2 =6.8 1 2,P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,muscle strength of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,fugl meyer score,modified Barthel index score,and the elderly body movement scores of the study group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Fujian decoction can effectively promote the rehabilitation of cerebral hemorrhage with hemiplegia patients,improve muscle strength and limb activity.关键词
