摘要

Abstract

During production process of SSAW pipe by adopting two-steps(pre-finish welding) method,the pre-welding quality has great influence on finish welding and welded pipe products quality.In order to increase pre-welding quality,the ultra-high speed CO2 gas protection pre-welding process was designed.It adjusted and analyzed the electric arc shape and metal transfer mode in SSAW pipe ultra-high speed pre-welding,expounded the spatter generation and hump bead forming process.The influence law of different welding parameters on the occurrence of spatter and weld forming was studied by series experiments.The research results indicated that big current,low voltage,protective gas oxidation,appropriate groove shape and welding position all can improve coarse wire high-speed CO2 gas shielded welding to get stable welding process.At the same time,good technological parameters of no harmful spatter and good weld formation,which is obtained by welding experiments,has great significance to guide actual production.
