摘要

Abstract

The petrochemical wastewater effluent after biochemical treatment was treated by Fenton oxidation process.The process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments.The order of effects on COD removal rate was as follows:initial solution pH > H2O2 addition amount > n (H2O2) ∶ n (Fe2+)> reaction temperature.The optimum process conditions were as follows:initial solution pH 4.0,H2O2 addition amount 3.00 mL/L,n (H2O2) ∶ n (Fe2+) =10,reaction temperature 35 ℃,reaction time 60 min.Under these conditions COD was decreased to 60.33 mg/L with 61.33% of the removal rate.When the effluent was treated by ultrasound (US)-Fenton oxidation process and UV-Fenton oxidation process under these optimum conditions,the COD removal rate was 76.77% and 80.23% respectively.But all processes of single Fenton oxidation,US-Fenton oxidation and UV-Fenton oxidation had little effect on NH3-N removal.
