氧化石墨烯/聚偏氟乙烯复合膜的制备及抗污染性能
Modification of polyvinylidene fluoride composite membrane by graphene oxide and its antifouling properties

Abstract
The graphene oxide (GO) with two-dimensional structure was prepared through a modified Hummers' method.GO/PVP/PVDF composite ulrrafiltration(UF) membrane were prepared with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and GO by general phase inversion method.The pure water flux, contact angle, pollutant rejection, SEM and AFM images, Zeta potential and interaction force between composite membrane and BSA were measured.Results show that with the increase of GO in the composite membrane,the content of hydrophilic functional groups in the composite membrane surface effectively increased, contact angle decreased from 74.61°(M0) to 66.39°(M2), while pure water flux increased by 33%.The image analyses by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) exhibited that the finger-like pores of the GO/PVP/PVDF membrane were broadened and surface roughness reduced from 23.79 (M0) to 20.2 (M3)with a smoother surface.Moreover,with the introducing of GO,the interaction force between composite membrane and BSA changed from 2.47 mN · m-1 to 0.13 mN · m-1.The results testify that GO/PVP/PVDF composite UF membrane has a superior antifouling propensities compared to traditional PVDF UF membrane.关键词
