荷载比对短T型钢连接件抗火性能的影响
Load ratio effect on fire resistance of short T steel connections
摘要
Abstract
The steel structure damage in fire disasters is not only associated with the strength and stiffness degradation of the steel under high temperature, but also is very sensitive to external load.The study involves analyzing the temperature field of short T steel connections under different load ratio and indirect thermal-mechanical coupling using finite element method for loading ISO834 standard heating curve;performing the theoretical calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity;and ultimately determining the mode of structure failure.The results show that T section steel structures tend to have constant temperature 973.7 ℃ in 80 min after fire occurrence;after that, the sustained fire will not produce any adverse effect on the bearing capacity of the structure;T plate steel plate junctions are more likely to form stress concentration phenomenon, suggesting a larger stress and an easier failure;stress in plate junction tends to increase and extend around as the loading ratio increases, weakening the T section steel mechanical performance under high temperature;and strain in the same location of the structure tends to increase as the loading ratio increases under the same fire time, indicating that critical temperature in T type node is strongly influenced by load ratio;and an increase in loading ratio is followed by a decrease in nodes of the critical temperature.The research could provide a basis for the design of short T steel connections in fire.关键词
