挤压式MRE阻尼器减振特性的实验研究
Experimental study on vibration reduction characteristics of squeeze type MRE damper

Abstract
This paper is devoted to a better insight into the vibration reduction characteristics of a self-designed MRE damper in a squeeze operation mode.The research involves designing an experiment test platform;and testing and analyzing the vibration reduction effect of the damper under the condition of inputting different control current (0~2.0 A) and exciting frequency (90~170 Hz).Experimental results show that when the control current is applied in the resonant area, the MRE damper could provide an effective reduction in the vibration isolation coefficient and the vibration amplitude;when current is applied, the whole vibration isolation coefficient decreases with the increase of the control current if the excitation frequency is less than the resonance frequency while the whole vibration isolation coefficient increases with the current increase if the excitation frequency is larger than the resonance frequency;and when no current is applied, an increase in the excitation frequency is accompanied by an initial increase and a subsequent decrease in the amplitude peaks, with different degrees of the amplitudes reduction.The MRE damper demonstrates a better magnetic control performance and frequency shift damping effect in a wider excitation frequency range.关键词
