An Analysis of Progress in Research on Tendon-Activating Technique

Abstract
Tendon-activating technique is a product of China's local culture.It is a comprehensive exercise of building body,traditional Chinese medicine and religion into one,and closely related to the theory of yin and yang of TCM and the theory of meridians.In terms of studying tendon-activating technique,modern science and traditional Chinese medicine should be considered.At the same time,tendon-activating technique not only helps to improve the elderly physical function,anti-aging,but also is conducive to the healthy development of adolescents,the fight against depression,insomnia and other diseases,prevention of disease,but also can improve the clinical disease.Its medical value is immeasurable.The study on tendon-activating technique focuses on set of exercises to practice.There is less research on single action and micro-motion.So in the future,deep study should concentrate on the single action's mechanism form a system,to guide the corresponding clinical practice.The origin of tendon-activating technique is different,has something to do with Damour.but the legend has certain legendary color,and should be further studied.Tendon-activating technique has a long history and different versions and actions.The control study between modern General Administration of Sport and traditional ideas should be carried to understand the actions,and their different roles.Besides,its similarity and differences with Baduanjin and Wuqinxi should also be further studied.关键词
