柴胡桂枝汤治疗双心疾病30例

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction on double heart disease,and explore its influence on anxiety and depression.Methods:Sixty patients with coronary heart disease with depression and anxiety who were treated in our hospital's cardiology outpatient department between March 2014 and March 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with conventional oral drugs for coronary heart disease,plus Deanxit,psychological therapy,and exercise therapy,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Bupleumm and Cinnamon Twig Decoction based on the treatment of the control group,one agent each day,water decoction,taking twice each day when it was warm.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks as one course.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 73.33％,while that of the treatment group was 86.67％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.01).After the treatment,the onset frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were significantly decreased,the difference before and after the treatment between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference after the treatment between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum and Cinnamon Twig Decoction can obviously alleviate the degree of angina pectoris pain,reduce the number of attacks,shorten the duration of attack,reduce the patients'SAS and SDS scores,and improve the clinical efficacy of patients with double heart disease.关键词
