急性心力衰竭模型的建立及“以方测证”研究
Model Establishment of Acute Heart Failure and the Research into "Syndrome Detecting from Used Formula"
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the method of establishing rabbits' acute heart failure model,and explore the relativity of the model with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.Methods:Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,Astragalus group,Shenfu Ⅰ group,Shenfu Ⅱ group,with 6 in each grotup.Except the blank group,intravenous injection of propafenone hydrochloride was used to replicate the acute heart failure model in each group.Astragalus group and Shenfu group Ⅰ,and Ⅱ groups were injected with 0.07 g · kg-1 of Astragalus,0.07 g · kg-1 of Shenfu injection and 0.10 g · kg-1 of Shenfu Injection respectively.Then the heart rate of rabbits (heart rate,HR),systolic blood pressure (systolic pressure,SBP) and other related physiological indexes in each group were measured to explore the relativity of his establishing model method with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.Results:Compared with the model group,the Astragalus group,Shenfu Ⅰ group and Shenfu Ⅱ group can significantly increase the HR and SBP of acute heart failure rabbits,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Acute heart failure model has relativity with heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart yang collapse.关键词
