血府逐瘀汤配合手术治疗股骨颈骨折临床研究
The Clinical Research into Femoral Neck Fracture Treated with Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction in Combination with Operation

Abstract
Objective:To obseve the clinical curative effect of Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with operation on femoral neck fracture.Methods:Eighty-four patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated in our hospital between March 2013 and July 2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation gToup,with 42 cases in each group.Before the operation,all the patients received three-dimensional reconstruction and total hip replacement,then the ones in the observation group were added Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction.Results:The lowest rock bottom shift distance of Type Ⅳ fractures of the femoral head fovea,the central shift distance and spatial deflection angle of femoral head were all significantly higher than those of type Ⅲ and type Ⅱ,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the observation group's score was much better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);Its time of hospitalization and the healing time of the incision were shorter than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Garden typing has certain limitations,so using three-dimensional reconstruction technique can evaluate fracture displacement space more accurately.Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with operation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on femoral neck fracture,can significantly shorten the patients' hospitalization time and incision healing time.关键词
