Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Health-restoring Powder with Eight Ingredients in combination with Sanjin Paishi Decoction (SJPSD) on kidney stone with syndrome of dampness-heat in lower jiao,and explore their influence on the patients' stone excretion rate,abnormal rate of urinary metabolism and renal function.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with kidney stone who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added Health-restoring Powder with Eight Ingredients in combination with SJPSD based on the treatment of the control group.Then the efficiency of the two groups was compared;The rate of gallstone excretion and the abnormal rate of urinary metabolism were measured,and the changes of renal function indexes before and after treatment were monitored.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.1%,while that of the control group was 68.4%;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P < 0.05).After the treatment,the differences in the rate of gallstone rejection,urinary metabolic abnormalities rate,high urinary calcium,high phosphorus urine,low citrate,and low magnesium prevalence between the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05).The differences in the levels of urine NA,G,Cys-C,beta 2-M and G between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Health-restoring Powder with Eight Ingedients in combination with SJPSD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on kidney stone,is beneficial to adjust urine metabolism and improve renal function,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
