Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Shirebiqing Pills (SRBQP) on ankylosing sopndylitis.Methods:Seventy-two patients with ankylosing sopndylitis who were treated in our hospital between Dec.2014 and Jan.2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were added SRBQP based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months,then their clinical curative effects and disease control conditions were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 63.89％,while that of the group was 86.11％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with before the treatment,except tongue and pulse conditions,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups after the treatment were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of lumbosacral pain,back pain,morning stiffness,joint of limbs swelling and heat pain etc.in the observation group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The two groups' activity functions after the treatment were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05);And the observation group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:SRBQP has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ankylosing sopndylitis,can significantly improve symptoms,and control the progress of the disease.关键词
