血脂异常(痰浊阻遏证)与致动脉粥样硬化指数、血小板参数的相关性研究
Study on Correlation between Dyslipidemia (Phlegm-dampness Depression Syndrome) and Atherosclerosis Index and Platelet Parameters

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between dyslipidemia,platelet count,mean platelet volume,atherosclerosis index,TCM syndromes of phlegm-turbid syndrome and blood lipid and platelet parameters.Methods:100 patients with dyslipidemia (phlegm suppressor) and 40 healthy subjects were selected from Dongzhimen Hospital.The phlegm-turbid group accorded with the diagnostic criteria of dyslipidemia in Chinese and western medicine,Data,records of TCM syndrome points,and test blood lipids,blood,and statistical analysis.Results:There was a positive correlation between AIP and age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,TC,TG,LDL,PLT,MPV and BMI.AIP was negatively correlated with HDL.TCM syndrome scores were positively correlated with TG,PLT,MPV and AIP.Conclusion:The occurrence of atherosclerosis is related to lipid index,platelet paraneters and atherosclerosis index.关键词
