海岛地区小康社会建设评价指标体系研究
The Evaluation Index System of Well-off Society Construction in Island Area

Abstract
Five island counties (regions)were used as samples in this paper,and the methods of the hierarchical and multidimensional comprehensive evaluation were adopted.Five aspects,such as the sustained and healthy development of the economy,the democracy of the people,the soft power of culture,the living standard of the people and the construction of the resource-economical and environment-friendly society,and 25 evaluation indicators,including the per capita GDP,the online participation,the high school enrollment after graduation from the j unior middle school,the per capita community financial expenditure and the forest coverage,were used to construct the e-valuation index system of well-off society in island area.On the basis of analyzing the calculation method and the target value of 25 evaluation indexes,the weight of the evaluation index were used to determine by the Delphi method,the hierarchical structure method and the circulation method, so as to evaluate the sub-goals and the total realization degree of the well-off society in the sample island area.The results showed that the overall realization degree of the well-off society in the sample island area was more than 70%,which was at a good level.关键词
