乾华肉用美利奴羊皮肤毛囊结构及周期性变化规律的研究
Research on the Structure and Periodicity of Skin HairFollicles in Qianhua Mutton Merino Sheep

Abstract
This study was to understand the structure and the variation laws of skin hair follicles in Qianhua Mutton Merino at different stages of cashmere growth, which would provide a histological basis for the molecular regulation mechanism of its development.The structure and the density of skin hair follicles in Qianhua Mutton Merino were compared by the histology method in the prosperous, retrograde and resting stage of cashmere growth, respectively.The results showed that there was some differences in skin hair follicle tissue structure at different periods, the variation of primary follicle density in each stage was not significant (P>0.05), the secondary follicle density was maximum (42.73±4.71 follicle /mm2) in the prosperous period, then was the regression period (32.53±3.32 follicle /mm2), the secondary follicle density was the minimum in resting period (28.21±2.79 follicle /mm2), and significant differences were observed among the secondary follicle density in different periods (P<0.05).The S/P value was the maximum in the prosperous stage of cashmere growth, and the difference between regression stage and resting stage was significant (P<0.05).关键词
