Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bailemian capsule combined with fluoxertine hydrochloride on refractory depression,sleep quality and memory quotient.Methods:A total of 112 patients with refractory depression who met the inclusion criteria were collected as research objects.According to random number table,those patients were divided into the control group(n =56)and the observation group(n =56).The control group was treated with fluoxertine hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with bailemian capsule in combination with fluoxertine hydrochloride.After 8 weeks,Hamilton Dehpression Scale-17 item (HAMD-17),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)were employed to evaluate curative efficacy of refractory depression,sleep quality and memory quotient respectively.And efficacy of refractory depression,HAMD score,PSQI score,memory quotient and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks,the total therapeutic efficacy ratio of refractory depression in the observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group(x2=4.75,P ＜0.05).Comparison with the control group,the observation group had lower HAMD scores 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment (t =8.04,9.59,8.57;P ＜ 0.01).And the observation group had statistically lower PSQI score(t =11.35,P ＜ 0.01) and higher memory quotient (t =8.82,P ＜ 0.01) 8 weeks after treatment.During the treatment,the incidences of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were the same(P ＞0.05).Conclusion:Bailemian capsule combined with fluoxertine hydrochloride is an effective therapeutic scheme for patients with refractory depression with a high therapeutic efficacy ratio.And it can significantly improve clinical symptoms,sleep quality and memory function with minor adverse reactions.关键词
