家庭认知功能训练对轻中度阿尔茨海默病患者生活质量和认知功能的影响
Effects of Family Cognitive Function Training on Quality of Life and Cognitive Function in Patients with Mild to Moderate Alzheimer's Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing method and effect of family cognitive function training in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease.Methods:From September 2014 to January 2016,80 mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease patients hospitalized in the Department of geriatrics at Jingzhou mental health center were randomly divided into study group(39 cases,routine nursing care of patients with psychiatric ward for the elderly family cognitive function training)and control group(41 cases,the psychiatric ward for the elderly,with routine nursing).Before and after training,the quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF),Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale(WAIS)and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)were used.Results:After 6 months of training,WHOQOL-BREF scale scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the field of psychology and social relations(t =4.0885,3.7472,P＜0.05);In the study group,WAIS scale scores were higher than that in the control group in verbal IQ dimensions (t =2.3126,P ＜ 0.05);In the study group,total responses and the correct percentage of WCST table were better than those in the control group(t=-2.1353,2.0571,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Family cognitive function training can significantly improve the quality of life and cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer's disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
