Effect of acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and daily living ability in stroke patients in recovery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on neurological deficit and daily living ability of stroke patients in recovery.Methods A total of 50 patients with stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoints massage and rehabilitation.Clinical neurological deficit score (CNS), Barthel index score, efficacy after different nursing were compared.Results The clinical neurological deficit score (CNS) scores of the two groups was decreased after treatment, and it was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group (P<0.05).The Barthel index scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and it was lower in the experimental than that of the control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoints massage combined with rehabilitation nursing can improve the neurological deficit and CNS score, effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb function, improve self-care ability in daily life.关键词
