Effects of perioperative whole high quality of nursing care on psychological status, vital signs and anesthetic medication of patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of perioperative whole high quality of nursing care on psychological status, vital signs and anesthetic medication of patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 90 cases received painless gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected in our hospital and divided into routine group with routine nursing intervention and study group underwent perioperative whole high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group, and the psychological status, vital signs and anesthetic medication were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences rate of tension, anxiety, upset and fear in the study group were lower than in the routine group before examination (P<0.05);The pulse and blood pressure in the study group were lower than that in the routine group during the examination (P<0.05);And the anesthetic medication, application time of endoscopy and respiratory depression were lower than in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, perioperative whole high quality nursing care can alleviate the psychological state of patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, reduce amount of anesthesia, effectively reduce the application time of endoscopy, so it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.关键词
