Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of standardization process in disinfection and sterilization of laparoscopic professional instruments.Methods Standardized procedures was carried out for the sterilization of laparoscopic instruments in the disinfection room in our hospital, and the application effect was observe.Results After standardization process, the sterilization qualified rate of abdominal equipments in our hospital was increased from 91.23% to 96.05%, occult blood positive rate of laparoscopic instruments decreased from 39.47% to 5.70%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The standardization process can improve work efficiency of cleaning and disinfection room, improve sterilization rate of the laparoscopic instruments, reduce the occult blood positive rate of laparoscopic instruments, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
