摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors of postoperative pain in children with chronic tonsillitis and its nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 100 children with chronic tonsillitis in our hospital were divided into control group with routine nursing care and observation group with pain care after tonsillectomy, postoperative pain of two groups were compared.Results The observation group had better 6 h, 24 h and 48h VAS score, the most pain time and duration of pain than the control group (P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reaction, earlier time to first feeding and larger amount of food intake than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and pain after surgery, so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
