PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理安全与质量改进中的应用效果分析
Application effect of PDCA circulation management in nursing safety and quality improvement of operation room
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in operation room on nursing safety and quality improvement.Methods PDCA circulation management were used to improve nursing safety and quality of operation room.The implementation of nursing safety and comprehensive score of operation room before the implementation of PDCA circulation management(January 2012 to June 2014) and after(June 2014 to September 2015) were observed and compared.Results After the implementation of PDCA, the infection rate, postpartum incision infection rate, analgesia pump slippage rate and resistance rate were significantly lower than PDCA before and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).After PDCA, the scores of operation room, environmental management, nursing safety, drug items, disinfection and isolation, teaching and nursing file were higher than the implementation of PDCA before and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management can significantly improve the nursing safety and quality improvement level of operation room, and promote continuous improvement of operation room nursing safety and quality.关键词
