甜瓜生长发育与糖组分梯度积累动态研究
Dynamic Study on Growth, Development and Sugar Component Gradient Accumulation in Melon
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the dynamics of growth, development and sugar component gradient accumulation in melon, the author carried out a plot test to study the change rule of fruit size and sugar component accumulation in melon variety "Xizhoumi 25" at various growth stages.The results showed that the growth of fruit transverse diameter, fruit vertical diameter, and single-fruit mass of melon all belonged to "single-S-shape" curve, and their growth was relatively slow at earlier growth stage, then became rapid, and finally tended to be slow and smooth at later growth stage.At the early stage of fruit development, glucose and fructose were accumulated rapidly in melon, while sucrose could hardly be detected.From checkered stage to maturing stage, sucrose was accumulated rapidly in melon.In fruit mature period, the gradient changes in sugar components revealed the following sequences: glucose content > sucrose content > fructose content in pedicel pulp;sucrose content > glucose content > fructose content in both umbilical pulp and middle pulp.关键词
