缺磷对水稻根表铁膜形成的影响
Effect of Phosphorus Deficiency on Formation of Iron Plaque on Rice Root Surface

Abstract
Rice genotypes Hongliangyou 166 and ⅡYou 3027 were used as the experimental materials, and the formation process of iron plaque induced by phosphorus deficiency on the surface of rice roots was studied by using water culture method.The results indicated that: the total root length, root surface area, root diameter and root activity of these two rice genotypes all increased under the treatment of phosphorus deficiency;the iron content in root-surface iron plaque of two rice genotypes increased with the increase in phosphorus deficiency treatment time, all reached the maximum value on the 7th day after the treatment, and the iron-plaque iron content and its increasing speed in ⅡYou 3027 were all higher than those in Hongliangyou 166, suggesting that the root system of ⅡYou 3027 has a higher oxidizing ability and a stronger iron-plaque-forming ability.关键词
