摘要

Abstract

The volatile aromatic components in Peru balsam were extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction, and their kinds and contents were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and were identified and quantitatively analyzed by searching spectra library, referring related literatures, and using internal standard method.A total of 58 kinds of volatile aromatic components were identified in Peru balsam.Among them, the esters accounted for 61.58% of the total content, and they were mainly benzylbenzoate and benzylcinnamate;the acids accounted for 16.86% of the total content, and they mainly included cinnamicacid and benzoicacid;benzyl alcohol content was the highest among alcohol compounds, and it accounted for 8.37 % of the total content.Among aldehyde compounds, the content of ethyl vanillin and vanillin was higher, being 4.88% and 4.09 %, respectively.The key aroma component in Peru balsam was benzylbenzoate, and it could be used as the main characteristic of aroma component identification.The results of this study can provide data references for the study, development and application of aroma substances in Peru balsam.
