腕部离断的再植手术方法及临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of replantation following wrist-proximal complete transverse.Methods Clinical data about 11 patients with wrist-proximal complete transverse amputation in our hospital from February 2006 to June 2015 were reviewed and analyzed.Patients were treated by replantating wrist amputation at emergency.Fracture fixation or amputating part of carpal was selected based on patients' condition.The recovery of patients was evaluated by survival rate,activity,muscle strength,sensory,appearance,sequel and work-related ability of affected limb.Results All the 11 wrists survived.The excellent,good and poor outcomes were achieved in 9,2 and 0 patients respectively with excellent and good rate reaching 100％.Conclusion Replantation of amputated wrist is an established surgery method with good prognosis by paying attention to the operation details and dealing with specific conditions flexibly.关键词
