与种植体植入相关的眶部骨性结构三维测量
Three-dimensional measurement of bone for orbital implants in normal adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To provide anatomic image data for ossointegrated implant for patients with orbital defect.Methods:One hundred cases of(50 males,50 females)3D spiral CT images of normal bone of skull were measured with mimics 10.01 software.Results:In the orbital region,except for the 6:00 area,in the rest of 6:00~9:00 region of the orbit(right side),the depth and width of bone were sufficient.The angle of orbital rim of this area was obtuse angle.In the area of 9:00~12:00 region,bone depth was enough while bone width was not.The angle of the orbital rim in this area was acute.Conclusion:In the area of 6:00~9:00 region of the orbit(right side),the depth and width of bone are sufficient for 6~7 mm implants,the direction of the implants should be perpendicular to the bone surface.In the area of 9:00~12:00 region,implant direction should be back forward instead of vertical to the surface in case that the implants come out of the facial surface.关键词
