上颌尖牙髓腔体积与牙体积比值在个体年龄判定中的应用
Application of maxillary canine pulp volume/tooth volume(PV/TV)based on CBCT reconstruction in individual age determination

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of the three-dimensional reconstruction of maxillary canine pulp volume /tooth volume(PV/TV)in individual age.Methods:One hundred and three patients with CBCT image data was selected.Mimics 17.0 software was used to measure pulp volume of maxillary canines and tooth volume,and to calculate the ratio of pulp volume/tooth volume.The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software,individual age linear regression equation were established by regression analysis method,and the accuracy of the equation were tested.Results:The linear regression equation for age was Y=69.137-621.200(PV/TV),P<0.001,and R=0.544,using single-factor age analysis of pulp volume and tooth volume ratio(PV/TV).The age inferred function was Y=47.66 + 0.032(TV)-0.946(PV),P<0.001,and R=0.517 when using the volume of the pulp and the volume of the entire tooth for bivariate age inference.Conclusion:The ratio of pulp volume to tooth volume can be used to infer individual age,and can provide a new method and pathway for individual recognition in forensic dentistry.关键词
