Abstract
Objective:To investigate the regularity and treatment measures of platelet(PLT)and mean platelet volume(MPV)in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma after docetaxel-cisplatin-5-fluorouracil(TPF)induced chemotherapy.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two patients of oral squamous cell carcinoma between 2012～2016 were enrolled into this study.The platelet count and MPV variation during TPF chemotherapy were observed,and the 26 cases suffered from III-IV degree of bone marrow suppression(platelet is less than or equal to 50×109/L)were treated with Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 and Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules.Results:PLT decreased in the time of 6～10 days after induction chemotherapy,the median time was 7 days,while the average time was 7.2 days,with a"V"-shaped fluctuation pattern.The MPV decreased with the decrease of platelet,but rising earlier than platelet.24 cases were treated with Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 and Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules.PLT and MPV was recovered in 21 days after chemotherapy.Conclusion:The best time of treatment for CIT(chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia)may be 9 days after chemotherapy,and Recombinant Human Interleukin-11 and Sheng Xuexiaoban capsules treatment has sound efficacy to treat CIT.关键词
