Abstract
Objective:To summarize and analyze the effect of minimally invasive point embedding therapy in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:The patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia in the past 1 year underwent minimally invasive point embedding.According to the location of the pain,the sphenopalatine ganglion was acupointed through the Shiguan Point.And points of facial neck and limbs were chosen auxiliary.Clinical effect and post-treatment follow-up were evaluated,and the incidence of complications were recorded.Results:The total effective rate during the therapy and in the follow-up was 72.8％ and 73.8％ in 82 patients.And 20(45.5％)patients discontinued the carbamazepine.There were no serious complications.Conclusion:The minimally invasive point embedding therapy is simple and effective in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia that is worth promoting.关键词
