龈沟液中MCP-1联合hs-CRP对牙周炎疗效评价的临床意义

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and high-sensitivity CRP(hs-CRP)in gingival crevicular fluid and the periodontitis treatment.Methods:A total of 64 patients with periodontitis who had been diagnosed by the PLA General Hospital from Jan 2015 to Jan 2016 were selected as the control group.Sixty-four cases of routine physical examination healthy were randomly selected as the control group.The experimental group was treated with periodontal basis,and the samples of gingival crevicular fluid were collected from two groups.The levels of MCP-1 and hs-CRP in gingival crevicular fluid were measured by ELISA.The correlation between MCP-1 and hs-CRP was analyzed by Pearson''s positive correlation coefficient.ROC curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of two kinds of inflammatory indexes in predicting the therapeutic effect.Results:The levels of MCP-1 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group before treatment.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).The levels of MCP-1 and hs-CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the concentration of MCP-1 and hs-CRP in gingival crevicular fluid(r=0.448,P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve of MCP-1 and hs-CRP alone and in combination was 0.842,0.914,0.985(P<0.01).The accuracy of MCP-1 combined with hs-CRP in gingival crevicular fluid was higher(accuracy 0.962,sensitivity 0.974,specificity 0.963).Conclusion:MCP-1 combined with hs-CRP levels is closely related to the efficacy of periodontitis and can be used as a clinical reference for evaluating the therapeutic effect of periodontitis.关键词
