残煤复采综放工作面液压支架选型研究
Study on Hydraulic Support Selection for Residual Coal Repeated Mining in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

Abstract
In order to select reasonable hydraulic support for residual coal mining in fully mechanized caving face,taking 2201 coal mining face of Xianquan Coal Mine as the research background,and site geological survey,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation are used to carry out reasonable selection for hydraulic support under the geological conditions.The results show that the length of key block of basic roof formed when the working face passes through abandoned roadway is the sum of the abandoned roadway width,the ultimate width of pillar instability and the periodic weighting of basic roof,the final working resistance of the supprot is 9 532 kN,the initial support force is 7 144 kN (31.5 MPa),the center distance is 1 750 mm,the height of the support is 2.5 m to 4.2 m.Through the research results combined with the situation of the mining face,ZFY10200/25/42 twocolumn shielded caving hydraulic support is selected as the reasonable frame.关键词
