焦炉荒煤气重整提质制氢的热力学分析
Thermodynamic analysis of steam reforming of raw coke oven gas for quality improvement and hydrogen production

Abstract
The thermodynamic analysis of the steam reforming of raw coke oven gas is carried out by the HSC Chemistry software. The tar compounds in raw coke oven gas can be removed effectively via the steam reforming reactions. As the S/C ratio rises, the hydrogen yield increases obviously, and the temperature corresponding to the optimal hydrogen yield becomes to be lower. When the S/C is 5:1, the temperature is about 700 ℃, the hydrogen yield can reach 1.62 mol/mol, but the H2 concentration is only about 75%. However, the addition of CaO as CO2 sorbent can accelerate the reforming process, resulting in the obvious improvement of H2 yield and concentration. When the CaO/C ratio is 3:1, the S/C is 5:1 and the temperature is between 500 ℃and 600℃, the hydrogen yield and concentration reach the maximum, 1.83 mol/mol and over 98%, respectively.关键词
