摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of different fractions from Gmtianella acuta influence on the glu-cose consumption of H4ⅡE cells with insulin resistance. Methods:The H4ⅡE cell activity was evaluated with method for the CCK-8. The H4ⅡE cells was cultured about 36 hours by insulin of high concentra-tion(10-6 mol/L) to establish new insulin resistance cell model. The effects of different fractions from Gm-tianella acuta on the glucose consumption of H4ⅡE cells with insulin resistance was tested by glucose oxi-dase. Results:The effects of different fractions from Gmtianella acuta on H4ⅡE cell activity were signifi-cantly inhibited,when their concentrations greater than 150μg/mL. The ethyl acetate fraction of Gmtianella acuta significantly affected the glucose consumption of H4ⅡE cells with insulin resistance. Macroporous resin-95% fraction and macroporous resin-70% fraction affected the glucose consumption of H4ⅡE cells with insulin resistance with different degrees,while macroporous resin-30% had no significant effects. Conclusion:The ethyl acetate fraction of Gmtianella acuta had best effects on insulin resistance,macroporous resin-95% fraction and macroporous resin-70% frac-tion could improve the insulin resistance with dif-ferent degrees.
