Effects of CSF-1R on cyclin D1 expression and cell proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma 6-10B cells

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of colony stimulating factor-1 receptor (CSF-1R) on cyclin D1 expression and cell proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma 6-10B cells.Methods The human nasopharyngeal carcinoma 6-10B cells were transfected with CSF-1R lentiviral vector LV-CSF1R (16957-1) (transfection group), and the 6-10B cells without transfection of CSF-1R lentiviral vector were taken as the control group.The expression of CSF-1R and cyclin D1 was detected by RT-qPCR PCR and Western blotting.CCK-8 assay were used to detect the cell activity in each group.Results The expression of CSF-1R at mRNA and protein levels increased significantly in the transfection group as compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).The activity of 6-10B cells was significantly higher in the transfection group than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Over-expression of CSF-1R significantly promotes the malignant growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 6-10B cells by regulating the expression of cyclin D1.关键词
