眩晕3号方治疗原发性高血压左室肥厚35例
Xuanyun Fang No.3 in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy in randomized clinical observation

Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuanyun Fang No.3 on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type.Methods: 70 patients with essential hypertension with LHV were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with olmesartan medoxomil tablets and levamlodipine besylate tablets orally and medical treatment.The treatment group was treated with Xuanyun Fang No.3.Results: In the treatment group, 12 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were effective, and 1 cases were ineffective.In the control group, 2 cases were markedly effective, 23 cases were effective, and 10 cases were ineffective.The efficacy of blood pressure after treatment in two groups, 23 cases were markedly effective in treatment group, effective in 12 cases, ineffective in 0 cases, 12 cases in control group were markedly effective, effective in 19 cases, ineffective in 4 cases.Two groups of patients after treatment, LVMI, the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with primary hypertension with Xuanyun Fang No.3 can significantly improve the curative effect, blood pressure and LVMI in patients with hypertension due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity of LVH.关键词
