Abstract
Objective: To investigate and analysis of Buyang Huanwu decoction on effect of blood lipids and blood rheology in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after operation, in order to provide the basis for clinical medication.Methods: 68 cases were diagnosed in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease after PCI, randomly divided the patients into the two group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group.After 3 years of treatment, the clinical efficacy, blood lipid and hemorheology of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results: After treatment in 3 months, the clinical effect of treatment of the treatment group is better thanand the control group (P<0.05), patients in the treatment group, TC, TG, LDL-C were lower than the control group, HDL-C was higher than the control group (P<0.05), whole blood shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction can effectively improve blood lipid and blood rheology indexes of coronary heart disease patients after PCI, improve the clinical treatment effect, it is worthy of application in clinical treatment.关键词
