摘要
Abstract
Shanghai, in its transition phase, is launching a new round of urban master plan making towards 2040. Compared to its predecessors, one big shift of this plan is the adjustment of its vision of being an international metropolis towards a global city. This shift reflects that Shanghai has been developing a new self-positioning in a new context of socio-economic development. Through analysing how this vision-shift happened, this paper introduces three driving forces underpinning Shanghai Master Plan towards 2040 and three targets of Shanghai's future vision.关键词
