Abstract
According to the national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and in order to adapt to the new situation of urban development, Tianjin began a new editing and revision of master plan. Oriented by problems and goals, through analyzing the main problems and requirements of the developing city, this paper focuses on the urban function position of 'one base and three zones', starts from the strategy of building the economic and urban upgrade city, aims at national strategic objectives, sticks to the bottom line of development city, describes the emphasis of the current round master plan, and highlights the thinking of a new round of Tianjin master plan under the background of reform and innovation.关键词
