增生性瘢痕胶原结节中成纤维细胞生物学行为的研究
Biological behavior of fibroblasts in collagen nodules of hypertrophic scar

Abstract
Objective To investigate the biological behavior of fibroblasts (Fbs) in collagen nodules of hypertrophic scar.Methods Scar and normal skin specimens were collected from patients with scar excision and skin grafting operation.The histological differences between normal skin and collagen nodules and non-nodular area were observed by light microscopy with H-E staining.The expression and distribution of Ki67 and alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in normal skin and scar tissue were detected by immunohistochemical analysis.Results Compared with the normal skin and non-nodular area in hypertrophic scar,collagen nodules showed a large amount of Fb,and the positive expression of Ki67 and α-SMA was distributed mainly in Fbs located in collagen nodules.Conclusion Fibroblasts in collagen nodules are proliferated actively,and differentiated to myofibroblasts,leading to the high tension of local tissue,which may be an important mechanism of collagen nodules formation.关键词
