Expression of SFRP4 in pancreatic cancer detected by tissue microarray
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of SFRP4 in pancreatic cancer by tissue microarray.Methods The expression of SFRP4 protein in 90 pancreatic cancer specimens was detected by immunohistochemistry on tissue microarrays.Results SFRP4 protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of cells.The positive expression rate of SFRP4 in pancreatic cancer tissue was higher than that in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma (31.1% vs 14.4%,P<0.05).The expression of SFRP4 was not correlated with the age,sex,tumor size,AJCC-TNM stages and prognosis of patients (P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of SFRP4 is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer,indicating that it may be associated with the carcinogenesis of pancreatic cancer.关键词
