Integration of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Ischemic Progressive Stroke: A Clinical Research
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in ischemic progressive stroke.Methods:All 220 patients with progressive stroke were divided into an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and a western medicine group,110 patients in each.The treatment group was given Chinese medicine based on western medicine treatment according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was given western medicine treatment.Results:The effective rate was 92.7％ in the treatment group,81.8％ in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜0.05).The 7th,14th and 21st days' NIHSS score after treatment all reduced in the treatment group,which decreased more than those of the control group.Conclusion:Differentiated TCM treatment based on standardized can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of Ischemic progressive stroke.关键词
