紫草制剂防治尿布皮炎的临床研究进展
Clinical Research Progress of Prevention and Treatment of Arnebia Euchroma Preparation on Diaper Dermatitis

Abstract
The prevention and treatment of diaper dermatitis is still one of the most intractable problem for both community and hospital.This paper summarized the clinical research progress preventing and treating diaper dermatitis from different angles:the different types of arnebia euchroma preparation and the different control groups.The present paper noted that oil and paste were most frequently used in preventing and treating diaper dermatitis while lotion was less.The oil fell into two categories:zicao oil and compound zicao oil;the paste came in two types:tradition Chinese medical paste and compound recipe of Chinese and western medical paste.The basis of prevention and treatment to diaper dermatitis is routine nursing and there would be better effect if other traditional Chinese pharmaceutical preparations 、western pharmaceutical preparations and physical therapies were added to the treatment.A large number of clinical studies showed that arnebia euchroma preparation have obvious curative effect to prevent and treat diaper dermatitis.Further normative study need to be developed to analysis the way to bring arnebia euchroma preparation's superiority into full play.关键词
