2006年-2015年10种护理期刊输液治疗护理研究论文的文献计量学分析
Bibliometric analysis of nursing research literatures on infusion therapy in 10 nursing journals from 2006 to 2015

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research status quo of infusion therapy nursing in recent 10 years in China and sort out the hot issues of research,in order to provide references for further infusion therapy.Methods:Through CNKI and Wanfang databases,literature search was conducted on infusion therapy research published in 10 nursing journals and the data were arranged and analyzed by bibliometrics and content analysis method.Results:A total of 776 literatures were detected,including 330 treatises,coauthor rate was 76.93％ and fund thesis was 14.05％.The total citation frequencies were 4 418,involving 29 regions,the largest number of issued documents was distributed in the area of Beijing.The research focused on the clinical application of new devices in intravenous infusion,prevention and nursing care of related complications of intravenous infusion,the use and maintenance status quo of related technologies,safety management,specialist development and evidence-based practice.Conclusions:Over the past 10 years,Chinese infusion treatment nursing research related literatures generally showed a downward trend,we should increase research efforts,and fund project subsidy rate,standardize research design methods,enhance the overall quality of research and the clinical popularization value of research results.关键词
