A randomized controlled trial of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in 5 nursing periodicals from 2013 to 2016

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo and quality of randomized controlled trials(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in 5 nursing periodicals from 2013 to 2016.Methods:It retrieved CNKI database(CNKI) and Wanfang medical journal database,according to Chinese Journal Citation Report(2015 Edition) of China Institute of science and Technology Information Research,and chose core nursing periodicals which influence factor was more than 0.6,including "Chinese Nursing Journal""Chinese Nursing Research""China Journal of Practical Nursing""Journal of Nurses Training" and "Journal of Nursing Science".It retrieved RCT articles published in traditional Chinese medicine nursing from January 1 2013 to December 31 2016.This paper analyzed the published volume,the cited frequency,the articles funded by various of funds,statistical methods,first authors,the research category and the application of TCM nursing operations.Results:There were 255 articles published in the 5 core journals of nursing care from 2013 to 2016 which included 59 articles in 2013,69 in 2014,58 in 2015,and 69 in 2016.There were 181 cited papers.There were 6 papers with first author senior,secondary senior positions in 68 papers,intermediate title in 93 papers,primary title in 19 papers.There were 122 papers with informed consent description,125 papers with fund assistance,255 papers using 365 items of TCM nursing technique.Conclusions:TCM nursing RCT articles needed to be improved in the research design,the preciseness of operation,the quality of methodology,and the ethics consciousness.关键词
