摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of CXCR6 and CXCL16 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissues, and analyze their clinical significance. Methods The expression of CXCR6 and CXCL16 proteins in tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues from 51 NSCLC patients was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationships of CXCR6 and CXCL16 expression in tumor tissues with clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of CXCR6 protein in tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were 60.78% (31/51) and 27.45% (14/51),respectively,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The positive expression rates of CXCL16 protein in tumor tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues were 58.82% (30/51)and 29.41% (15/51),respectively,and there was significant difference(P <0.05).The expression rate of CXCR6 was significantly associated with tumor size, histological classification, differentiation,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P < 0.05).The expression rate of CXCL16 was not significantly correlated with tumor size, histological classification, differentiation,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P > 0.05).The tumor size, differentiation,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and CXCR6 expression were independent predictors of prognosis of NSCLC (P < 0.05).Conclusion CXCR6 may be involved in the development of NSCLC malignant process, and its high expression may indicate poor prognosis in patients with NSCLC.关键词
