2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉硬化相关性分析
Correlation analysis between plasma homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore correlation between homocysteine(Hcy) and carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: 89 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups(45 with cerebral infarction and 44 without any complication).And 30 healthy individuals as control group.All the subjects were detected the serum level of homocysteine,laboratory data,intima-media thickness(IMT)and the incidence and degree of carotid atherosclerosis.Results: ①The serum level of homocysteine in T2DM patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than those in T2DM only (P<0.05) and control group (P<0.01).②The TG level in T2DM patients with cerebral infarction was significantly higher than those in T2DM only and control group (P<0.01).③The incidence、degree of carotid atherosclerosis and IMT in T2DM patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in T2DM only (P<0.05) and control group (P<0.01).④There was a relationship between the serum level of Hcy and the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum level of Hcy and carotid artery atherosclerosis are both risk factors for cerebral infarction of T2DM patients.关键词
