琥珀酸酯硫酸钠的合成及分散性能
Synthesis and dispersity of sodium succinate sulfate surfactant

Abstract
A dispersant,sodium succinate sulfate(MAPEG1000-OSO3Na),was synthesized from maleic anhydride,polyethylene glycol(PEG1000) and sulfur trioxide,and was used to prepare barium sulfate suspensions.The dispersant and suspensions were characterized by means of FTIR and TEM.The conditions for synthesizing the dispersant and preparing the suspensions,and the particle size distribution and morphology of the suspensions were investigated.The results indicated that the optimum synthesis conditions were n(SO3) ∶ n(MAPEG1000) 2.6 ∶ 1,sulfur trioxide concentration 6%(ψ),reaction temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 25 min.The suitable conditions for preparing the barium sulfate suspensions were:pH 8 and MAPEG1000-OSO3Na dosage 10%(w).MAPEG1000-OSO3Na can reduce the agglomeration of the barium sulfate particles.The average particle size of the barium sulfate was 3.380 μm without dispersant,and when 8%(w) MAPEG1000-OSO3Na was added,its average particle size was 1.976 tm.关键词
