摘要

Abstract

Ce0.67Zr0.33O2 solid solution was prepared by oxidation-coprecipitation method and calcined at different temperatures.The structures properties,surface areas,oxygen storage capacities,reducibility and surface atom ratio of ceria-zirconia solid solution were characterized by XRD,TG-DSC-MS,BET,XPS,Raman spectra,H2-TPR.The results showed that the samples calcined at 550 ℃ can bum out the nitrates species in catalyst precursors and form ceria-zirconia solid solution.The samples calcined at 550-900 ℃ had good thermal stability.Due to the increase of calcination temperature,specific surface area turned smaller while grain size became higher,resulting in the decrease of oxygen vacancy and reduction capacity.The partly sintering of solid solution at high temperature rendered the Ce3+ relative amount and oxygen storage capacity reduced.
