Ru基催化剂在肉桂醛选择性加氢反应中的研究
Selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to cinnamyl alcohol on Ru-based catalysts

Abstract
A series of Ru-based catalysts were prepared with an impregnation-reduction method and were characterized by XRD,TG,TEM and XPS.The second component and the different supports of materials significantly affected the catalytic performances of Ru-based catalysts.The results show that TiO2 supports could disperse the catalytically active species better and improve the stability of the catalyst.The catalytic results illustrate that the combination of Sn (Ⅳ) species and Ru was more conducive to hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde.Under the optimized reaction conditions,373 K and 3.0 MPa,the 2%Ru-Sn-1/TiO2 catalysts show the best catalytic properties,the conversion of cinnamaldehyde and the selectivity to cinnamyl alcohol were 53.0% and 83.1% respectively.Recycling experiments without obvious decreases of the conversation and the selectivity indicate that 2%Ru-Sn-l/TiO2 catalysts have relatively higher stability and recyclability.关键词
